I am 5’2.5 and weight 145lbs. I bought this dress in a medium when I was 7 months pregnant for a photoshoot. At that time I weighted 135lbs and the dress fit perfectly. I gained 10lbs now that I’m 8 months pregnant, the dress was harder to put on but still fit me and I was able to wear it for the photoshoot. Very pretty and classy, fabric was a little scratchy but that might be due to my size and skin sensitivity whilst pregnant. There’s a nice stretch to it so I would say this is true to size. This dress was not see through to me and I wore all nude underwear and a sticky bra.
